Hello
I want to have my ears operated on. I found your method and from what I've read, it seems to be very convincing. My questions are:
Is the stitch method 100% safe? Nothing can happen afterwards (stitches snapping or similar)?
Is there a doctor near my hometown (Frankfurt am Main) who uses the stitch method?
Yours,
Julia |

Dear Julia,
There is no operation method, no matter which part of the body is operated on, which is 100% safe. In medicine, there are always the famous exceptions to the rules. Relating to the stitch method I use, this means that in very rare cases an ear could protrude to a small degree again from the head. If this is only by 1 or 2 mm, and the ear is not "officially" protruding again, there's no sense in correcting it. If the ear truly protruded again, in the rare case of an exception, the patient would have the ear operated on again by me. He or she would not need to pay the full price (as is the case with the traditional methods), but only a small sum for the costs of the operation. Right now this is 108 Euros. In very rare cases, the stitch can rise to the surface of the skin. The thread is removed easily and quickly without an operation and will be replaced if necessary.
Unfortunately, I don't know a doctor near Frankfurt who operates with my stitch method.
Best regards,
