Dear Mr. Merck,

I would like to ask two things:

1) how long does it takes to get an appointment for a consultation and operation (since you said it will be on the same day)? I have read on another forum that someone has an appointment in July 2006 with another doctor, as you are probably very busy.
2) I have seen on TV, that after the doctor takes a picture of the patient, he/she can already show the patient the approx. result on the computer, with a special programme. Do you also offer the same service? What I mean is that the patient can already see the result before the operation.

Dear Michi,

Please send an email to service@merck-ecs.com, where you will be given an appointment.
We do not need a computer simulation of the new position of the ears. You can control and co-determine the new position during the procedure with a hand-held mirror. This is much more effective than any computer simulation.
